Zero Entry Swimming Pools at Walt Disney World 05/14/2010

Disney World boasts some of the best resort amenities, one of which is zero entry pools!   Zero entry swimming pools, also called beach entry pools, is  a swimming pool having an entry that gradually slopes from the deck into the water, becoming deeper with each step, much like a natural beach. As there are no steps or ladders to maneuver, this type of pool entry allows easy access for young children, older people with mobility issues or for those in a wheelchair.  It's also a great way to cool down without being fully submersed!

You can find zero entry swimming pools at three of Disney's resorts, Disney's Polynesian Resort, Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge.   All three of these resorts are considered Deluxe Disney Resorts which offer the highest quality, convenience and personalized service set in breathtaking surrounding with spacious rooms and suites as well as fine dining.
