Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa in Ko Olina, opens doors to the wonders of Hawai‘i through the magic of Disney. Every aspect of the Aulani experience embraces Hawaiian culture and traditions.

Walt Disney Imagineers worked hand-in-hand with local experts to create Aulani, a place celebrating Hawaiian history, culture and artwork. Aulani tells the epic story of Hawai‘i through every brushstroke, beam and sculpture. Everything from the loving artistic details to the breathtaking Resort architecture honors that fundamental connection between nature and humanity that the Hawaiian people have cherished since the beginning of time.

Imagineers have brought the stories of Hawai‘i to life by layering story into every aspect of the Resort. An enormous amount of detail and surprising, hidden magic has been crafted into the Resort itself to immerse your Clients of all ages fully in the legends of the land – from the fantastic lava rock formations that meld with the architecture to the themed recreation areas such as the whimsical waterway and menehune trails, and the stunning lobby artwork.

These are just a few of the many ways that Disney makes the stories of Hawai‘i a vital part of your vacation experience. And now you can experience it in person. Contact White Glove Destinations at 281-380-3437 or visit us online to book your Aulani vacation today!

Disney's Aulani's Resort, which opens in Hawai'i on Aug. 29, is located in the picturesque
Ko Olina Resort & Marina on the island of O'ahu. For those of you who are unfamiliar with this area, Ko Olina is located on the western (or leeward) side of the island, which is typically warmer and drier than the eastern (windward) side of O'ahu.

The Ko Olina Resort Community & Marina is a master-planned, active family resort community with sweeping ocean and mountain views and 1.5 miles of white sandy beaches.

Sheltered by mountains to the north, Ko Olina is a secluded paradise in a beautiful island setting yet close enough to Waikiki and Honolulu. Aulani will provide you with a number of options to get to Waikiki including shuttles, rental cars and excursions. You can enjoy a variety of activities within Ko Olina including an 18-hole Ted Robinson designed golf course, water activities, marina, shopping and dining options.

Ko Olina is legendary as a source of inspiration to travelers. A place of breathtaking natural beauty where it's said that the goddess Pele visited to re-energize after traveling. Known for its beaches, majestic seascapes and snorkeling, Ko Olina is home to many islanders who make their living from the rich agricultural tradition and fishing in the area.

Aulani's location within Ko Olina makes it the perfect setting for those of you who are looking for a truly peaceful, relaxing and cultural Hawaiian experience.

The Waikolohe Stream, inspired by the natural landscape of the islands themselves, will provide adventure and fun for all ages when Aulani opens to guests on August 29, 2011.

Waikolohe means “mischievous water,” and it’s a fitting name for the floating tube journey along Waikolohe Stream. Guests will launch into the water starting with an exhilarating water slide into a course that will take adventurers through an eye-catching lava outcropping (called Pu`u Kino) and through misty caverns dotted by beads of sunlight that will find their way through the rock. The occasional hot spring will blow off a little steam, while cooler and more “mischievous” fountain springs will surprise explorers with a bit of “added refreshment.”
