As we've said here before, one of the best thing about Disney World is their constant search for ways to make your vacation even more amazing. As a part of these ongoing efforts, over the next several months Disney World will continue to test  enhancements to the Disney FASTPASS® service. The test, called Disney FastPass+, will allow a small number of Guests to make Disney FastPass+ selections for some of their favorite experiences at Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios before they even leave home.  This is all part of the ongoing effort to bring to life the "NextGen" to Disney World-- an update to the entire guest experience that will make your vacations even more magical.

While this exciting concept is currently only in the test phase, Disney World continue to share information on the wide range of new, innovative experiences we will be testing and implementing over the coming year, which are designed to make a Disney World vacation even more magical!

• Disney's FASTPASS reservation system, which reduces time spent in line, is available at select Disney Theme Park attractions. The following "Fun for Little Ones" attractions use Disney's FASTPASS system:

Services Just for Little Ones:

• A Rider Swap option is available at select Disney Theme Park attractions. Rider Swap is when Guests take turns waiting with youngsters too small to ride a certain attraction, then "swap" with another adult Guest from their party to experience the ride without standing in line twice. See a Cast Member at the attraction for additional information.
• Single-day and multi-day stroller rentals are available at Disney Theme Parks. Look for the stroller symbol on each Disney Theme Park Guidemap, available at the Park entrance.
• Baby Care Centers, hosted by Nestle Good Start, can be found in Disney Theme Parks and offer private rooms with rocking chairs for nursing mothers, diaper-changing rooms and rooms with highchairs. Diapers, formula and teethers are available for purchase. Look for the pacifier symbol on each Disney Theme Park Guidemap, available at the Park entrance.
• Many restaurants at Disney Resort hotels and Disney Theme Parks feature balanced, healthy and fun children's menus. Some restaurants host Character Dining experiences, which may require advance reservations.
• Cribs, bed guardrails, baby-sitting services and child-care programs are available.

Hassle-Free Travel:

• Disney's Magical Express offers complimentary shuttle and luggage service from the Orlando airport to their Disney Resort.
• Guests staying at a Walt Disney World Resort enjoy free transportation and free parking at the Theme Parks.
• When staying at a Disney Resort, it's a short trip back to the room for a nap before returning to the Park to watch fireworks at night!
• Disney Gifts or souvenirs purchased within Walt Disney World Resort can be delivered to the front of the Theme Park or to a Disney Resort for free.

Here are some tips on how to use Disney's FASTPASS service for Star Wars Weekends at Disney's Hollywood Studios 2012:

Disney FASTPASS® Service will be utilized for all autograph sessions. FASTPASS for autographs will be distributed at Disney’s Hollywood Studios® Main Entrance to the right of the turnstiles. Distribution may begin prior to park opening based on demand.
•    You must have a FASTPASS ticket to receive an autograph.
•    Your Theme Park admission ticket allows you to receive one FASTPASS ticket. Limited number available and are distributed on a first-come basis.
•    One FASTPASS per person.
•    Each Guest must be present to receive a FASTPASS ticket. You may not get FASTPASS tickets for other members of your party.
•    Pick up your FASTPASS ticket with a designated autograph return time starting after 9:45am. Until your designated return time you may experience other Star Wars Weekends activities.
•    At your designated time, return to the autograph location, where you will have little or no wait time.
•    Guests may not save a place for other party members to arrive later.

Once the FASTPASS tickets for visiting celebrities are distributed, Disney will distribute a limited number of “stand-by” tickets with a return time. Based on availability, you may have the opportunity to get one FASTPASS OR one “stand-by” ticket. “Stand-by” tickets do not guarantee you an autograph.
