My all time favorite restaurant in all of WDW! Being German, I find the food here very authentic, from the schnitzel & spaetzle to the apple strudel, everything here is fresh and tasty! The live band is great too. Food here is served buffet style so you can get as much food as you want. The desserts are wonderful too! Make sure you ask when the showtimes are when making your dining reservations so you can enjoy the free entertainment while you eat or just book with us and let us take care of all your dining needs. You can even get up and do the polka on their large dance floor. Take note that you will be seated with other guests while dining so if you are not the mingling kind, you may want to try another choice at Epcot!
