Direct transfers from Bush Intercontinental Airport and Hobby International Airport to the Port of Galveston are available for purchase with Guests who arranged independent flights. The recommended flight arrival time is before 1:00 p.m. to ensure enough time for traveling and boarding.

Transfers from the airport to one of the select Houston hotels are only available to Guests who purchase pre- or post-nights through Disney Cruise Line.

For Guests departing from the Bush Intercontinental Airport and Hobby International Airport following their cruise, the recommended flight departure time is on or after 1:30 p.m.

Your Disney Cruise Includes:
    •    Stateroom accommodations (as booked)
    •    All meals on board the Disney Cruise
    •    All entertainment on board the Disney Cruise

    •    All children programming in the Oceaneer Lab and  
          Oceaneer Club
    •    All snacks and non-alcoholic beverages (from the drink
          station and dining rooms) on the Disney Cruise

Other amenities/options are available on your Disney Cruise for a fee.  These are optional (other than tips...those are important!)

• Services for Flounder's Reef/Small World (daycare) at $6/hr for children that aren't old enough for the kids club

Soft drinks are free in all dining rooms at any dining location and at deck 9 Soda stations on Magic/Wonder and Deck 11 soda stations on the Dream/Fantasy.   Consider bringing your own mug for soda refills.

Keep in mind that you can bring your own soda, candy, wine/beer etc on board the Disney Cruise.  All these items are allowed. Disney asks that you put these items in your carry-on bags in case of breakage/leakage and so your luggage and others luggage will not be damaged.

Tipping on any cruise is not mandatory but highly advised. Remember, the crew works very hard to help you have a relaxing vacation so you will want to acknowledge this service by tipping appropriately.  To help you budget accordingly for tips, here is a handy tip calculator!

Due to the success of a pilot program on Disney Magic® and positive feedback from Guests, Disney Cruise Line® is introducing the auto-application of gratuities on all Disney ships.

The process will create a more seamless experience for you by automatically charging folios on embarkation day with the suggested gratuity amounts for the Server, Assistant Server, Head Server and Stateroom Host/Hostess.

Below are the effective dates that this auto-apply will go into affect:
• Disney Dream - Date to be announced
• Disney Fantasy - April 21, 2012
• Disney Magic - Already in place
• Disney Wonder® - April 22, 2012

You can add pre-paid gratuities at the time of booking or anytime before final payment is made.  If the pre-paid gratuities have not been added prior to boarding, you will receive a letter upon check-in explaining the automatic charge to your onboard account.  You will still have the option to modify or add additional gratuity amounts, or pay in cash, by stopping by the Guest Services Desk onboard.

As a reminder, a 15% gratuity is automatically added to any bar, beverage, wine and deck-service receipt.

The attraction features 16 flying carpets in which guests  soar over Adventureland.

Passengers in the front control how high or low the carpet goes, and rear passengers can pitch their carpet forward and backward, all the while dodging whimsical, water-spewing camels that "spit" at riders.

The re-imagined quick-service restaurant is located amidst tranquil gardens and includes indoor and outdoor dining. Q.     I pre-purchased a PhotoCD online before my vacation, can I upgrade toPhotoPass+?  

R.      Yes, if you pre-purchased a PhotoCD online before your trip you may upgrade your PhotoCD to PhotoPass+ at PhotoPass view stations throughout the Walt Disney World Parks, Downtown Disney, and select Resorts.  You will need the name, phone number, and email address that was used to purchase the PhotoCD.

Q.     Can I pre-order PhotoPass+?  

R.      At this time PhotoPass+ will only be available for purchase at the PhotoPass View Stations located throughout Walt Disney World and is not available online or for pre-purchase.

Q.     I have a large family—how many PhotoPass+ cards will I receive?  

R.      Only one PhotoPass+ card will be provided with each purchase.  However, multiple PhotoPass cards can be accumulated during your visit, and all of those photos can be added to your account.  In order to receive your Attraction and Dining photos, the PhotoPass+ card holder must be present at the time of photo capture.

Q.     PhotoPass+ is not the right product for me at this time.  Will the PhotoCD still be available for purchase?  

R.      Yes – if you decide that PhotoPass+ is not the right product for you at this time, you can still purchase the PhotoCD.

Q.     Can I add attraction and dining photos that were taken before I purchasedPhotoPass+?

R.      Unfortunately we cannot add photos previously taken to the PhotoPass+ product.  Only photos taken within the 14 day window, which begins on the date of purchase, will be included in your PhotoPass+ package and available for you to add to your PhotoCD.
