• DAY 2

  ROME Explore the City

  TUSCANY Pasta & Wine

  • Travel to Fattoria Poggio Alloro—a working farm with its own winery—located in the heart of the Chianti wine-growing region. Be welcomed by the chef, who will lead you in a fun pasta-making activity. 

  • While adults taste wine, children may pick herbs from the garden and learn how to infuse them into bottles of olive oil.

  • Afternoon on your own; Tuscan dinner in a 15th century castle.

  TUSCANT TO FLORENCE The Wonders of Florence
