Do you charge a change/cancellation fee?

No, we do not charge a fee for changing or canceling your vacation package. We understand that plans can change and that, on occasion, guests have to cancel an existing reservation. We just simply ask that if you do need to cancel, you recognize that your Travel Advisor put in hours of work in providing you with the highest level of service. We just ask that you consider us first when booking your future travels.

 

Please Note:  Travel suppliers do have their own change/cancellation policies and they do vary by supplier and vacation package booked. Your Travel Advisor will be happy to discuss these policies with you.

What if I have already booked and a lower rate is announced?

We do continually monitor all of our clients existing reservations. Should a lower rate come available for your travel dates and you qualify, we can usually adjust this rate to save you money…even after you have booked.  This of course, is based on availability.  Keep in mind, that most discounted rates will be offered on a limited number of rooms/packages.

I’ve already booked my vacation–can you still help me?

Yes! There are a couple of options depending on your travel situation. Sometimes, the travel suppliers we use will allow our agency to be added to your existing reservation. This is an ideal situation as we will be able to make sure you have the best available rate and receive our concierge services. Another option is to use our itinerary planning services for a small fee.  Please ask your Travel Advisor for further details in assisting you with your existing reservation.

Should I purchase trip/travel insurance?

Trip/Travel Insurance is a wise investment. To help protect your vacation investment, we do highly recommend trip cancellation/travel insurance. We will offer vacation insurance that the travel supplier offers.  Please feel free to discuss your options for travel protection with your Travel Advisor.

Do we charge any hidden fees for our services?

We do not charge any fees when booking a complete vacation package with us. Our travel suppliers pay us to help you book and plan your vacation.  What you see is what you are charged. We always send a quote first, followed by a confirmation for you to review.  For guests that chose to book their own hotel accommodations, park tickets, etc., we do offer itinerary planning services for a small fee.  Please feel free to discuss this option with your Travel Advisor.
